Wood Destroying Insect Inspections (WDI's) or Wood Destroying Organism Inspections (WDO) are written reports performed by a qualified pest management professional. WDI inspections are required to buy, sell, or refinance a property. VA, FHA, HUD, and most banks require these reports because wood-destroying organisms can impact the structural integrity of a home, reduce the value of the residence, and cost homeowners significant amounts of money in repairs.
Our staff is trained, licensed, and insured to perform WDI reports. Our reports satisfy VA, FHA, and conventional loan requirements. We will also complete and provide the forms required by the VA for no additional fee and are familiar with Title companies and closing procedures. We provide reports at the time of the inspection and, if requested, will forward that report to your title company, real estate agent, and mortgage company for no additional fees.
